required by anyone that wants to be placed in an appropriate personal  or group training program

3 personal training sessions, body composition analysis, detail macro-nutrient diet and exercise program

From Spin Class to Pilates, there's one to fit your goals. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you. 

We also offer Specialty classes.

We offer Pink Ribbon Pilates taught by Paula, a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates instructor and breast cancer survivor of 11 years. Paula is a personal trainer and physique competitor understands the challenges facing women and being physically fit after breast cancer.

The next Specialty class is called Mindfulness of Today. This class will guide you through meditations and will help reach mindfulness that will lead to balance in the mind, body, and spirit.

Individual Training

You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have so many individual workout options available. Wanna throw the kettlebells around? No problem. Jonesing for a quick 5-miler on the treadmill? You'll always find a free one. You chart your fitness course. We'll be the compass. We are open 24 hours for your convenience.
